Tint Spot (operating from 13131 Sherman Way Unit 206, North Hollywood, CA 91605) sends SMS messages to customers who opt in via our online appointment form, configurator, or contact form at tint-spot.com. Messages are sent to confirm appointments, send reminders, follow up on quotes, and respond to direct customer inquiries.

How you opt in

By checking the SMS consent box on our website forms and submitting your phone number, you give Tint Spot express written consent to send you transactional SMS messages related to your appointment, quote, or inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message types you may receive

• Appointment confirmation — when we receive your booking
• Appointment reminders — typically 24 hours before your install
• Status updates — when your vehicle is ready, or if we need to reschedule
• Quote follow-ups — when you request a quote via the configurator
• Direct replies — when you contact us via the contact form

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS without separate, explicit opt-in for that program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. A typical customer might receive 2–5 messages per appointment cycle (confirmation, reminder, ready, follow-up).

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates from your mobile provider apply to all messages.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message, then no further messages from us. To opt back in, reply START or submit any of our forms again with the SMS consent box checked.
