Windshield Strip / Eyebrow Tint
A 5–6 inch dark strip across the top of your windshield — kills overhead sun glare, makes the visor irrelevant, and looks cleaner than the dealership rear-view mount.
California allows tint on the top portion of the windshield down to the AS-1 line (typically 5 inches from the top). It's the easiest, cheapest tint upgrade you can make and arguably the most useful for daily driving.
